"First of all, I have Insurance and I changed because my son bought me the car that is being insured with you guys and you’re nice young man Kyle just called me. I took the call. I said let’s do it and I just went with your company because of him he was professional prompt. You know what he was talking about and it’s a deal done so I am so happy and I can get off my son’s insurance and with my own policy because my son was nice enough to buy this car last year so it has been wonderful and I want you to tell Kyle what a great job he did and I will definitely refer people to your agency. "I was a State Farm customer almost 30 years. Unfortunately, I lost my policy sometime after Covid and all the craziness with the economy. I tried another carrier but was not happy with the monthly premium cost. Fanny with Eric Ortega's office in Arlington reached out after I asked for an online quote and was able to help me find a full coverage policy within my budget.
